REGULAR VS OVERTIME HOURS
TOTAL PROJECT BILLING
Project billing is based on each shift’s hours and the selected project rate; it is separate from employee gross pay.
Project billing breakdown
Hours are allocated to the selected project for each day. Billing equals project hours multiplied by that project's hourly bill rate.

One week. Two perspectives.
Hours worked are the difference between start and end times, less unpaid break minutes. Hours beyond the weekly overtime threshold receive the selected multiplier. This simplified estimate does not implement jurisdiction-specific overtime rules.
Each day’s hours also roll up to one of three projects using that project’s bill rate. This calculator is a one-week snapshot—not a timesheet database or payroll system. No export, persistence or third-party dependencies.
