Project Execution
Calculator.

See whether project spending is delivering planned value. Track ten tasks, measure cost performance, identify overdue work, and estimate the final project cost.

HOW IT WORKS

Measure work earned, not just money spent.

Budget is estimated hours multiplied by rate. Earned value is task budget multiplied by completion. CPI equals earned value divided by actual spend. Forecast at completion is actual spend plus remaining budgeted work divided by CPI.

Tasks are overdue when their end date is before the status date and they are not 100% complete. This simplified model does not calculate schedule performance index or replace a full earned-value management system. All calculations run locally in your browser; nothing is saved or transmitted.
